The consumer rewarded this satisfaction by giving the consumer quality award in 2003 and the consumer thanks award in 2004. PAKTEN continues its investments by acting in line with customer needs. Pakten produces Joyful and Önlem wet towels.

In 2012, it entered the market in the medical, cosmetic and hygiene sector.

It also supports the country's economy by exporting 70% of its products abroad and 70% of its products. By exporting to 42 countries, it had the opportunity to promote its brands in many countries.
