This application is a native application. The application has been developed for both IOS and Android platforms. A broad software team worked in the development of this application and development was made using Objective-C for IOS platform and Java for Android platform. This application also provides support to be used in 5 different languages. The application in question also has a web page. Thanks to this application, persons who are not Turkish citizens can also make an appointment by entering required information (for example, describing in detail what kind of complaints they have). The complaint information defined through the application is transmitted to the relevant evaluating unit and this unit can refer the patient towards the relevant hospital and specialist. Then, it is possible to keep contact with the patient through the application. In addition, written communication can be made with doctors (one on one). It is also possible to make an appointment thanks to the application. A financial data concerned with unit costs is generated according to requests of the user and actions to be taken for the patient through the application (as in the touristic units). After the generation of financial data, the person can display the medical information about herself/himself through the application. Moreover, it is possible to list all the transactions performed on the system by their dates. Therefore, information on medical tests, tests results, examinations, doctor who performed the examination, examination reports, prescriptions given, information on the surgery, if any, can be seen in detail. There is also the option to access 112 in case of emergency within the application.
