Our story leans back to 1977 where a group of brave and enthusiastic people decided to establish Republic of Turkey’s 1st syringe manufacturing company under the name of TIBSET with the aim to provide the highest quality of medical products. Over the years, TIBSET acquired by world-renowned medical company, TYCO-Covidien and company extended its solid position in the market by adding global know-how to the new organization’s DNAs. In 2008, TYCO made a strategic move and announced the end of its syringe manufacturing operations. At that year, a group of technical employees who are being surrounded with the company culture, took the responsibility like the founders and started to have negotiations with TYCO for a buy-out option where today’s shape of SET has been laid. Since then, SET has been managing under the same employees’ lead and company evolved to the region’s largest single use, sterile syringe manufacturing facility. Today, SET is continuing its operations as a market leader in domestic market and exporting its products over 30 countries worldwide.
